Welcome Leon,

On behalf of the board, operation and the people we serve, we are pleased to warmly welcome you as the secretary to the Watoto Welfare Foundation board members. We are grateful for your willingness to serve and contribute your skills and dedication to strengthening the governance and effectiveness of our foundation. 

The role of board secretary is vital in supporting transparency, accountability, and smooth coordination among board members, and we are confident that your commitment will greatly support our mission to eliminate obstacles to education for vulnerable children and support caregivers through micro-credits. Our approach is simple but powerful principle “Learn, Do, and Earn.” currently, our work focuses on eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
